• Each person may only register one account — multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are not allowed.

Bet Settlement

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 099bet identifies a technical error. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

Betting Limits

If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed

If a match is cancelled or not completed within the specified timeframe, the stake for that match will be refunded. However, for accumulator bets, the cancelled match will be counted at odds of 1.0.

Deposits and withdrawals at 099bet are completely secure and transparent. We support all the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• No additional charges apply for deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Your first withdrawal must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

Payment Methods

Wagering Requirement

When you claim a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have odds of at least 1.5.

Voluntary Limit Setting

099bet users can set the following limits on their own accounts:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: The maximum amount you can wager within a given time period.
• Loss Limit: The maximum amount you can lose within a set period before betting is suspended.
• Session Limit: The maximum amount of time you can remain active on the platform in one session.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel betting is getting out of your control, you can request to close your account at any time for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened during that period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 099bet platform. Evidence of any one of them will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or using someone else's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system (Bonus Hunting/Arbitrage).
• Placing bets based on match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18.

099bet takes the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. We do not sell your data or share it with any third party without authorization.

The data we collect includes registration details, transaction history, device and browser information, and betting activity records. This information is used solely to improve our services, ensure security, and meet legal obligations.

099bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible balances.

099bet reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform, and the date of the update will be shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
